Experimental analysis of dissolution reconstruction of deep dolomite reservoirs: A case study of the Cambrian dolomite reservoirs in the Tarim Basin

The deeply buried carbonate reservoir of Cambrian is an important target oil and gas exploration in the Tarim Basin. Understanding dissolution mechanism deep-buried urgent problem to be solved. In this study, 11 samples from three types deep reservoirs Basin were selected as experimental objects, process was simulated by using advanced reaction system continuous flow at high temperature pressure. test shows that burial depth has effect on dissolution, with increasing depths shallow deep, ability acidic fluids rocks increases first then decreases. A comparison results different lithologic incomplete dolomitization calcite diagenetic stage provides material basis for later stage. relationship between type physical property discussed, it found permeability fracture-type pore-fracture increase significantly after indicating pre-existing pores may critical formation high-quality conditions.
